Hello and welcome to my blog.
I am an architectural designer living in Wells, Somerset. I moved here with my family in 2017 having spent the previous 26 years in the South East of England. My fiancé Connor and I live with our son Zack and dog Milo on the Mendip Hills, we love all things architecture related and love to go exploring together. Our biggest adventure yet is happening in March 2020 when Connor and I tie the knot, planning a wedding is no easy task however this is only is just one project happening this year. Nerd is our latest adventure, Connor and I started the practice initially to promote a new approach to design and also to provide our family with the flexibility that modern life requires. We both met at the Centre for Alternative Technology in Wales and have a keen interest in the environment, green design and alternative building methods. Together we have 10 years experience in the industry working for various practices around the UK.
In the blog we will be talking about architecture, low energy and alternative methods of construction whilst also keeping you up to date with us.
