Prior to any design work, we must conduct a survey of the site or existing building. Depending on the complexity of the site this may have be contracted separate to NERD.  

We then return to the studio and produce a few sketch design options for your consideration. Throughout the process communication is key and we always organise several meetings to discuss the design with you as it progresses.
